College of Pharmacy
Pharmacy is the study to research and develop academic theory and technology related to both drug utilization and development which is used for the treatment, prevention and diagnosis of diseases. The Colleges of Pharmacy aim to train pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists in the area of health care by educating and researching the study of pharmacy. Thus their goal is to produce both pharmacy practice professionals who serve society with pharmacy services, and creative pharmaceutical experts who provide the benefits of pharmaceuticals to the human society through the application of knowledge of both chemical and biological areas.

Majors in Pharmacy School
Goal of Pharmacy discipline is to foster highly responsible pharmacy professionals as the agents of healthcare who have knowledge about pharmaceuticals necessary to protect human lives from the disease states and maintain to be healthy. Students systematically learn overall knowledge related to the 'medicine' in this major. Students also learn the basis for a broad range of topics related to the physiological activity of drugs in vivo dynamics of drug treatment and are educated with disease outbreaks, and the fundamental principles of the phenomenon of life for drug development, drug manufacturing and etc.
Goal of pharmaceutical science discipline is to learn basic principles related to biology and chemistry to understand the phenomenon of life and the principles of disease development. Through the knowledge and understanding of this study, professional experts are cultivated as highly responsible healthcare professionals and they systematically learn fundamental knowledge for cutting-edge new drug development, pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, and management. In addition, the Colleges of Pharmacy provide professional pharmacy education for fostering the future research experts in the areas of high value-added technology such as fine chemicals and biotechnology. Thus they have up-to-date research facilities and top-notch faculty members to teach the technology and theory related to state-of-the-art technology and life sciences to the students who will contribute to the next generation of new pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical research.
